"This is the Earth more beautiful than human eyes have seen" were the words that Columbus said to Admiral Cristóbal when arriving at Bariay, territory to the north of the province of Holguín in 1492. It is very probable that this famous phrase has been repeated by many of which they have visited this province. And this must to the beauty of its places, natural beaches and accidents.

They exist more than 40 beaches; Guardalavaca, Emerald, Blind Matting and Don Lino are known by holguineros and tourists.
